Youth Winter Training I

Rowing continues through the winter with our indoor training program. There's no time like now to work on strength and technique with our experienced coaches. Open to experienced and new rowers.

Starting November 20th Coaches Karen & Abi row into session II to keep you motivated with their body circuit, intervals, and cross training programs at the Rec Center and via Zoom!

Experienced and responsible rowers, rowing coaches, and coxswains to work with CMI's youth and adult programs. Will train to work in our boats and to safely navigate our open waters and nearby waterways. Paid position.
